Document screening
- The screening process is based on the contents of your resume and self-introduction.
Interview screening
- Comprehensive competencies such as personality, job performance ability, aggressiveness, and attitude are evaluated.
Probation period
- After passing the interview, we complete training and perform duties as a trainee contract for 2-3 months.
Full-time employment
- After the probation period is over, full-time employees are hired through job performance evaluation and personnel are placed in the right place.
